CMSgt Kevin Pfister serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader for Space Delta 3, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. Comprised of 7 squadrons with 550 Guardians and Airmen across multiple specialties, Space Delta 3 is responsible for presenting combat-ready Space Electromagnetic Warfare professionals to integrate, synchronize, and execute fires for U.S., allied, and coalition forces.
Chief Pfister is married to the former Ms. Tara Reed of Hoopa, CA. They have three children: Alexis Kaeya (14), Elsie Leigh (11), and Olivia Lynn (8).
CMSgt Pfister enlisted in the Army in June 2000 and transferred to the Space Force in August 2022. His background includes experience in tactical and strategic satellite communications operations and planning, Joint network management, leadership at the Team Chief, Section Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, and First Sergeant levels, and theater and Joint staff assignments. His assignments include bases in Texas, Georgia, California, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Maryland. He also served oversees in South Korea and Japan and deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Freedom’s Sentinel. Prior to his current assignment, he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader of the 16th Electromagnetic Warfare Squadron.
