Fill in required information for your Organization, Personal details, Contact Information and indicate if this request is for yourself or someone else. Please note, the website will only allow .mil email addresses to book the appointment *

For photo print requests:

• Click on the blue button at top of this page.
• Fill out the form with the following information:
  • Servicing Location: Peterson & Schriever SFB
  • Servicing Team: Space Base Delta 1
  • Select "General PA Support"
  • From there, fill out the information regarding the reprint requested.

For all studio appointments, please:

• Be punctual.
• Wear proper uniform according to your service's dress guidance. You will be asked to reschedule if you are not prepared. 
  • For passport photos, a collared civilian shirt must be worn, even for military.

NOTE: The Schriever SFB photo studio is in a Restricted Area.
If you don't have RA access, you will need to be escorted by someone with RA access.
