Post Operational Readiness Inspection Reception
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – It was time to celebrate and feast when the 21st Space Wing hosted a “Post Operational Readiness Inspection Reception” April 14, 2011, at The Club. Col. Stephen N. Whiting, 21st SW commander, said he wanted to “thank everyone for their hard work” during the 23-day ORI, which evaluated the wing’s ability to perform wartime or contingency missions. The wing earned a “Satisfactory” rating and also had the most professional performers, the most professional teams and the most identified strengths listed in an ORI in Air Force Space Command in recent years.
