Real world fitness is more than doing sit-ups and lifting weights -- think outside the gym.
Can you paddle against a strong current? Hike a 14er? Swim laps without gasping for air? Play golf without throwing your back out? After working out at the gym, test your fitness in the real world.

PT Golf - Modified speed golf is available only as a unit/team-building event ideally for five to six people/team. In short, it's a game of hit and run. For example, Player 1 tees off. All team members run to the location of the tee shot; then Player 2 hits the second shot. All players run to the location of that shot, and so on. A team's final score is a combination of its total number of shots added to its total time to complete the course.
