New fitness classes available
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Sarah Morris, fitness instructor, teaches participants in the new The Compound class how to properly do exercises and leads them by example at the Peterson Air Force Base Fitness Center, July 8, 2015. By incorporating cardio with weight lifting intervals, the new course burns calories while building muscles for a total body workout.
