PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo., -- Maj. Gen. Thomas Deppe, vice-commander, Air Force Space Command, welcomes the participants to the recent ribbon cutting ceremony for the new television broadcast facility here. The facility will be the hub for training broadcasts with connectivity to the education centers at all Air Force Space Command bases. Constructed with cost savings in mind, the team used existing equipment and facilities. The studio will realize an estimated $678,000 in cost avoidance as the facility opens its doors. Even more savings are anticipated as usage increases. (U.S. Air Force photo by Duncan Wood)
