Lt. Col. Aaron Bass, 21st Operations Group standardization and evaluation chief, presents Master Sgt. Micheal Meyer, 21st OG noncommissioned officer in charge of standardization, with the “Old Man of Space Staff” Dec. 8, at the Peterson Air and Space Museum on Peterson Air Force Base during Sergeant Meyer’s retirement ceremony. Sergeant Meyer, who officially retires April 1, 2011, is the longest serving space operator in Air Force Space Command.
