21st OSS gets new commander

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Col. Nina Armagno, 21st Operations Group commander, passes the squadron colors to Lt. Col. Colin Connor, incoming 21st Operations Support Squadron commander, during the 21st OSS change of command ceremony May 4, 2011, at Medal of Honor Park on Peterson Air Force Base. Colonel Connor assumes command from Lt. Col. Troy Endicott. The 21st OSS “Rams” is made up of six flights and is responsible for providing mission support to Air Force Space Command’s worldwide network of attack warning, space surveillance and space communications units; supporting weather information requirements for Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base and Cheyenne Mountain Air Station; and, directing and coordinating base operations, all flightline activities and flight records management.
