Chief Master Sergeant CHRISTOPHER M. CLARK

CMSgt Christopher M. Clark is the Senior Enlisted Airman, Space Base Delta 1, headquartered at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. He leads the enlisted force and advises the space base commander on all matters affecting the combat readiness, welfare, morale, proper utilization and progress of assigned personnel. Space Base Delta 1 includes a 3,000 member team providing Base Operating Support to more than 18,400 military, Department of Defense civilians and contractor personnel serving at 22 operating locations worldwide executing critical United States Space Force missile warning; space domain awareness; space control; position, navigation and timing; satellite communications; electronic warfare; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; and cyberspace missions.

Chief Clark attended Big Valley High School and graduated in 1998, where he immediately entered the Air Force. Upon completion of basic military training, he attended technical school at Lackland AFB, Texas in preparation for duties as a Security Forces Member. Throughout his career, he has performed many diverse leadership rolls, both in garrison and deployed, supporting U2, F-15, F-16, F-35, MQ-1, MQ-9, C-130, and C-17 weapon system platforms. In addition, Chief Clark has spent five years over the course of two tours in a special duty assignment as a Basic Military Training Instructor. Furthermore, Chief Clark has a large breadth of experience in the Base Operations and Support arena, with multiple assignments as a key integrator in operating and maintaining installations, while also providing service and support to both in-service and joint-service mission partners.

Lastly, Chief Clark has deployed in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, OLIVE HARVEST, ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, FREEDOM’S SENTINEL, and SPARTAN SHIELD
