On October 30, 2023, U.S. Air Force Col. Sarah Babbit, Space Base Delta 1 vice commander, presided over the 2023 Arbor Day Ceremony. The event was attended by members of the Space Base Delta 1, 21st Civil Engineer Squadron and the R.P. Lee Youth Center.
