    For anyone looking to get into better shape and is more than 18 years old, the Health and Wellness Center at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, is starting its Group Lifestyle Balance classes Jan. 3 at 5 p.m., and Jan. 5 at 11 a.m. to help develop healthy habits to start the new year.

    September is National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month. This is an effort to raise awareness about the obesity epidemic and inform families how they can take steps towards healthier living.

    The Health and Wellness Center at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., hosted a Fruit and Veggie - Eat More Tour at the Peterson Commissary on July 21 to educate Airmen about eating healthy and finding ways to make it more enjoyable.
