21st MDG welcomes new commander

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Col. Scot Spann, 21st Medical Group incoming commander, receives the 21st MDG guidon from Col. Doug Schiess, 21st Space Wing commander, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., June 24, 2016.
