21 SW continues drug crack down

The 21st Space Wing legal office continues to vigorously prosecute drug cases involving 21st SW personnel.

On Sept. 18, an airman first class from the 21st Comptroller Squadron was found guilty of wrongful use of marijuana, wrongful use of methylenedeioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), methylendioxyamphetamine (MDA) and methylone, wrongful distribution of marijuana and failure to obey a lawful order by wrongfully introducing a form of ecstasy "Molly," an intoxicating substance, into the body with the intent to alter mood or function. A special court-martial sentenced the Airman to be reduced to E-1, 75 days confinement and to be discharged from the Air Force with a bad conduct discharge.

On Oct. 25, an airman first class from the 21st CPTS was found guilty of wrongfully using MDMA and marijuana. A summary court-martial sentenced the Airman to be reduced to E-1, to forfeit $500 and to 10 days confinement.
