SBD 1 Begins Housing Renovation Project
Space Base Delta 1 leadership, representatives from Tierra Vista Communities, and community stakeholders gather outside the first of approximately 70 homes to be renovated for junior enlisted service members at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Aug. 31, 2026. Originally built in 1965, the houses were refitted from the drywall in, with upgraded appliances, refinished floors, and updated plumbing and electrical fixtures among other improvements.
