SCHRIEVER SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Richard L. Anderson, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, visited Schriever Space Force Base Feb. 26 to engage with Guardians and Airmen and discuss quality-of-life initiatives across the installation. During the visit, Anderson met with installation leaders and members of the Guardian Resilience Team to review upgrades to the base fitness center and discuss enhancements to fitness programming. He also toured the dining facility and received an overview of resilience efforts aimed at strengthening the mental and physical readiness of members assigned to Schriever SFB.
The visit underscored the Department of the Air Force’s continued focus on supporting service members through improved facilities, comprehensive health resources and mission-enabling quality-of-life programs.
