PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- On Aug. 25, 2023, Peterson and Schriever SFB's hosted comedian James Murray, known for his work with the television show Impractical Jokers. Murray started his visit with the 527th Space Aggressors Squadron located at Schriever SFB and learned about signal jamming as well as discussing how the unit test space capabilities through the lens of adversaries. He also visited the 21st Civil Engineer Squadron, operating a fire truck and fire hose as part of a demonstration of CE’s commitment to keep our space bases and mission partners safe in times of crisis. Murray finished the day by visiting the 21st Security Forces Squadron’s K-9 unit and combat arms. He observed a demonstration of our military working dogs as well as defense capabilities, which amplified U.S. Space Force and Space Operations Command lines of efforts.
