One of Team Pete's finest, deployed to Southwest Asia, was recently promoted in the field. Tech. Sgt. Keith Rivers, 76th Space Control Squadron, supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, sewed on the stripe Feb. 1. The unique deployment is supported entirely by 21st Space Wing, 21st Operations Group, and 26th Space Aggressor Squadron (AFRC) personnel. Sergeant Rivers is a signals analyst who has been in the Air Force for 11 years. He has held a variety of assignments and was an honor graduate of the Basic Signals and Advanced Signals Analysis Courses, as well as the Morse Code Interceptor School. In addition, he's a graduate of both Space 100 and 200 and was the 21st SW NCO of the Quarter in 2005. Sergeant Rivers was promoted to his new rank by Maj.
