Why he was selected for this award: "Staff Sgt. Jason Sheppard's selfless dedication to the mission was evident during a two-week period this summer in the movement of 2,000 passengers and 111 cargo tons on 41 aircraft while logging 48 hours of overtime. In addition, he also executed 25 hours of Client Support Administrator maintenance and repair of 17 clients, minimizing downtime by 60 percent. Furthermore, Jason has earned nine semester hours toward his Community College of the Air Force degree while working 12 hour shifts, seven days a week." - Master Sgt.
