Tutor Time! Peterson Airman & Family Readiness Center’s newest deployment program Published Oct. 16, 2008 By Tech. Sgt. Stacy Oliver 21st Force Support Squadron PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Airman & Family Readiness Center recently started a new tutoring program for children who currently have a deployed parent. This program is designed to alleviate some of the burden that is placed on the loved one who is left behind to take care of the family and household. It also gives children a chance for some one-on-one time with someone who can help them with their school work. This program is available for kindergarteners through twelfth graders in all subjects. Tutoring sessions are held every Tuesday evening, by appointment only at the A&FRC in Bldg. 350. To schedule an appointment or for more information, call Sergeant Oliver at 556-6141 or e-mail stacy.oliver@peterson.af.mil.
