How has joining the Air Force impacted your life? "Most importantly, the Air Force family has taken care of my family while I have been on this remote assignment. That has made my tour so much easier. When your family is taken care of, life is great. In turn, I have grown in positive ways for the mission and for my Airmen. The Air Force is like family; when a family member needs assistance, help comes right away."

Why selected: "Tech. Sgt. Felix Rolon is the night flight chief. He directly supervises 18 personnel and oversees security and law enforcement at the Department of Defense's northernmost installation. Sergeant Rolon is a true professional with a positive attitude and can always be counted on to get the job done." - Master Sgt. Charles Denton, 821st Security Forces Operations superintendent
