PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Car Theft Task Force received the Golden Knight award for November 2008. This team was comprised of multi-agency, multi-squadron Airmen and civilians who tracked and located a stolen vehicle from the base fitness center ,resulting in the apprehension and incarceration of two base-affiliated dependents and closure of a known car theft ring in Colorado Springs.
