Why Selected?: "TSgt Retzlaff single handedly established the 16 SPCS ORI/UCI prep inspection program and completely overhauled the unit's Self-Inspection Program. Mitch's expertise brought this new squadron's programs to their highest levels to date. Mitch is a non-commissioned officer of the highest caliber. His leadership, community and base involvement led to him being the 21 SW nominee to Air Force Space Command for the Federal Asian Pacific American Council Meritorious Military Service Award.
