How has joining the Air Force impacted your life? Joining the Air Force has given me endless opportunities to be successful in everything I do. I have been able see and do things that most people don't normally get to be part of. I have met lifelong friends that have positively influenced my life.

If you were Chief of Staff of the Air Force for one day, how would you change the Air Force? If I were the Chief of Staff of the Air Force I would make changes to the ABU. I would get rid of the blue boots and make a lighter weight utility uniform.

What's your favorite thing about being in the Air Force? Being part of a team with a common goal.

What do you like most about being an Airman? The opportunity to mentor younger Airmen. Seeing them grow as professionals gives me a feeling a self pride.

Why selected? "Tech. Sgt. Ebbens is an outstanding asset to the 21st CES. He has been instrumental in major projects such as the CDC Renovation and the 21st Security Force's dog kennel office remodel. He is leading our squadron's preparation for the Operational Readiness Inspection, playing a critical role in training members on Compliance Thursdays, reviewing checklists and books. As an exercise evaluator, he has also developed numerous scenarios to challenge 21st CES Airmen during Condor Crest. He is a superior technician and has motivated squadron members to go above and beyond." Lt. Col. Stacey Anason, 21st CES Operations flight chief.
