How did joining the Air Force changed your life? It gave me focus on life and leadership skills 

If you were Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, what changes would you make? I would change the enlisted performance report system. 

What is your favorite aspect of being in the Air Force? As a civil service employee, and retired Air Force, the people I work with have been outstanding. 

What do you like most about being a civilian? Getting to train Airmen and pass on the knowledge I've acquired over the years.
