If you were Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force for the day, how would you change the Air Force?
I would implement a cheaper childcare program for military members and dependents. The childcare program rates and hours definitely need attention to accommodate the Air Force's up-tempo transition.

Why selected?
"Staff Sgt. Bowens was the lead bioenvironmental engineering technician during a recent occupational health air quality investigation. He ensured all occupational health and safety standards were met and base personnel were properly protected against potential hazards. He validated a safe working environment for the building involved. Staff Sgt. Bowens continues to lead the way by encouraging troops to continue pursuing educational opportunities on and off duty." - Tech. Sgt. Teana Cavallo, 21st AMDS, noncommissioned officer in-charge of bioenvironmental engineering.
