It helped me to understand that service is more than just a job. If you were chief master sergeant of the Air Force for one day, what would you change? I would try to find ways for supervisors to spend more time supervising and less time dealing with paperwork. What do you like most about being an Airman? The camaraderie and esprit de corps What is your favorite thing about serving in the Air Force? I like being able to do things to help other people.
