How has joining the Air Force impacted your life?
I have had the opportunity to travel the world and experience new cultures and new ideas.

If you were Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force for one day, how would you change the Air Force?
I would consider implementing the warrant officer rank structure.

What's your favorite thing about being in the Air Force?
The sense of satisfaction I feel from being in an organization that reflects my goals and values

What do you like most about being an Airman?
I enjoy the responsibility that comes with taking care of my Airmen.

Why selected:  "Sergeant Cuevas took on an enormous amount of responsibility as the deployment satellite communication noncommissioned officer in-charge, as well as tackling first sergeant duties of the 1st Expeditionary Space Control Squadron in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. As part of the advance echelon team, he helped build the new tactical operations center, saving the Air Force $25,000 in refurbishment costs. Sergeant Cuevas was a key player in the successful deployment and flawless operations supporting the 1st Expeditionary Space Control Squadron. He was instrumental in developing a new command and control construct, culminating in over 40 missions in support of two separate Joint Task Force missions. - Lt. Col.
