How has joining the Air Force impacted your life?
The Air Force has made me a better and more responsible person. It pushes me to be the best I can be every day.

If you were Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force for one day, how would you change the Air Force?
I would try to change the way senior noncommissioned officers look at junior enlisted Airmen. I would have the senior NCOs spend more time with them to learn what the junior enlisted Airmen's needs are. I think it is important to focus on them more because they are the Air Force's future leaders.

What's your favorite thing about being in the Air Force?
My favorite thing about being in the Air Force is I know I am being taken care of. The Air Force gives me opportunities to reach my goals, whether that is becoming a chief, or becoming an officer, the opportunities are endless. I love the stability that I have with the Air Force.

What do you like most about being an Airman?
Having a sense of purpose and pride that comes with serving my country.

Why selected: "Senor Airman Fox came to us as a quick and much needed fill of a long time vacancy and jumped in with both feet. She is always eager to work any task or project to its fullest and does it with a smile. What a great, positive and professional addition she has been to the director of staff team." -- Al Strait, 21st Space Wing director of staff
