The member received a reduction in grade to airman basic and a reprimand. A senior airman assigned to the 821st Air Base Group received nonjudicial punishment for assaulting a commissioned officer, a violation of Article 128, UCMJ. The servicemember received a reduction in grade to airman first class, with a suspended reduction to airman; forfeiture of $784 pay per month for two months, with $534 of that amount suspended; 45 days of extra duty; and a reprimand. A staff sergeant assigned to the 821st ABG received nonjudicial punishment for wrongful use of provoking words, a violation of Article 117, UCMJ; assault consummated by battery, a violation of Article 128, UCMJ; and drunk and disorderly conduct, a violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The member received a reduction in grade to senior airman; forfeiture of $1,109 pay per month for two months, with $609 of that amount suspended; 45 days of extra duty; and a reprimand. Discharges An airman first class assigned to the 21st Contracting Squadron was administratively discharged for erroneous enlistment. The member received an honorable service characterization. An airman first class assigned to the 21st Communication Squadron was administratively discharged for minor disciplinary infractions. The member received a general service characterization. An airman basic assigned to the 21st Security Forces Squadron was administratively discharged for drug abuse. The member received a general service characterization. A staff sergeant assigned to the 821st Security Forces Squadron was administratively discharged for fraudulent entry. The member received an honorable service characterization. An Airman assigned to the 721st Security Forces Squadron was administratively discharged for a pattern of misconduct. The member received a general service characterization. An airman first class assigned to the 21st Dental Squadron was administratively discharged for minor disciplinary infractions. The member received a general service characterization.
