This award is designed to recognize outstanding Airmen each week for the work they do every day. The various opportunities it provides What do you most like about being an Airman? The job - the chance to operate existing, new and emerging weapon systems. Why selected: Malcolm is a tremendous asset to the squadron. He spent the first six months of 2009 in Southwest Asia as our deployment commander and did a fabulous job. Upon his return, he used his lessons learned to author a tactics bulletin for the Rapid Attack, Identification, Detection, Reporting System Deployable Ground Segment and is working to integrate the unit into a variety of Air Force operational exercises.
