McIntyre visits CMAFS
CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN AIR FORCE STATION, Colo. - Congressman Mike McIntyre (left), a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from North Carolina, visited Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station Jan. 6. Col. Chris Crawford (right), 21st Space Wing commander, explained to him the 21st Space Wing mission, and escorted him through the CMAFS emergency operations center, the Global Strategic Warning Systems Center, the NORAD/USNORTHCOM Alternate Command Center, Joint Functional Component Command’s Space Missile Warning Center and some of the CMAFS infrastructure.
