21st OSS lands Gold Knight award

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The 21st Operations Support Squadron was named the Gold Knight recipient for airfield operations supporting CORONA, a presidential visit, commander's conference NORTHCOM anniversary and the 302nd Airlift Wing operational readiness inspection activities.

The team developed mission specific weather forecasts, aircraft support and service, and related airfield logistics, all without flight delays or mission failures.

Team members include Capt. Debbie Swetland, Lt. Krista King, Master Sgt. Floyd Martinez, Tech. Sgts. Matthew Divelbiss and Kevin Weaver, Staff Sgts. Korey Papa and Precious Smith, Gregory King, Karen Mitchell and Antonio Espinoza.
