PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- On June 10, 2021, Maj. Gen. Matthew W. McFarlane, U.S. Army Fort Carson Garrison commander, issued an updated off-limits areas and establishments memorandum.
The memorandum applies to all uniformed Armed Forces personnel in the Fort Carson area of responsibility regardless of assignment. This area includes Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever SFB and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station.
All uniformed Armed Forces personnel are prohibited from entering the following areas and establishments within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
Violators may be subject to adverse administrative action or punishment under the UCMJ, Article 92 (Failure to Obey a Lawful General Order or Regulation).

UPDATED INFORMATION: The Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board met on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, and placed Whiskey Baron (5781 N. Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, Colo.) as off limits effective immediately. Additionally, the following establishments were removed from off-limits as they are no longer in buisiness: Alma Patrick Properties and Paris Spa. A new memo will be updated soon.
