PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The 2020 Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be conducted over the next six weeks by CEL and Associates. Housing is a cornerstone quality of life program for Airmen and their families. The CEL survey results provide critical feedback to inform decisions the Air Force and project owners are making now to improve the resident experience, as well as posturing to support future generations of families.
The annual DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey will begin Dec. 8, 2020 and will be open for 45 days, ending Jan. 22, 2021. The survey can only be completed online. Each on-base resident household is invited to complete the survey with the exception of project owner employees residing in privatized housing (unless the employee is the spouse of a tenant).
One survey link will be sent to the email address of record for each household. The message from AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com is good for completion of one survey per household.
Tenants should not forward the email to parties outside of their household. Tenants who have not completed the survey will receive three email reminders during the 45-day survey period encouraging participation. If no member of a resident’s household receives the email link by Dec. 18, they can contact AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com for assistance. Queries should include their installation and address in the message.
