21st Operations Group Change of Command
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. - Col. Todd Moore (left), 21st Space Wing commander, passes the 21st Operations Group guidon to Col. Matthew Cantore (right), 21st Operations Group commander, during the group’s change of command ceremony at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, May 1, 2019.
