SECWAR delivers holiday greeting to Airmen, Guardians at Pituffik SB
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth speaks via video call with Airmen and Guardians at Pituffik Space Base, Greenland, Dec. 19, 2025, delivering a holiday greeting and recognizing their service at the Department of War’s northernmost installation. Airmen from the 821st Space Base Group and 821st Security Forces Squadron, along with Guardians from the 12th Space Warning Squadron, discussed their missions supporting global missile warning, space surveillance, Arctic logistics and scientific research.
