DEL 7 activates new 76th ISRS
U.S. Space Force Col. Brett Swigert, Space Delta 7 - Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance commander, hands the 76th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron flag to Lt. Col. Garrett Shannon, the first 76th ISRS commander, during an activation ceremony at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Oct. 4, 2023.
