DEL 7 activates new 76th ISRS
U.S. Space Force Lt. Col. Garrett Shannon, 76th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Squadron commander, delivers remarks to members of the newly activated squadron at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Oct. 4, 2023. The 76th ISRS will improve and integrate intelligence capabilities enabling comprehensive military advantage in space. This squadron will be the first and only space ISR unit charged with exploiting and fusing intelligence data from all available sources specifically in support of U.S. space superiority and enabling U.S. decision advantage in the space domain, the newest warfighting domain.
