SAPR walks in honor of sexual assault victims
A volunteer records the number of laps they walked around the track during the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response “Walk-a-Lap” event at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, April 28, 2022. To recognize Sexual Assault Awareness month, Airmen, Guardians and civilian counterparts were asked to track the amount of laps they completed throughout the month with the intent of collectively reaching the goal of 7,816 laps, representing the amount of sexual assaults reported in 2020.
