U.S. Air Force Col. David Wilson, Peterson-Schriever Garrison vice commander and the 21st Mission Support Group commander; and U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Lemuel Travis, 21st Civil Engineer Squadron pavements and heavy construction supervisor, go over the basics of operating a snow plow at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Oct. 21, 2021. Peterson-Schriever Garrison leadership gathered outside of the 21st CES building prior to the annual snow parade throughout the installation. Airman and leadership used the event to practice driving heavy machinery including snow blowers and snow plows to ensure the safety of drivers, passengers and on-lookers prior to the winter season.
