Off-Limits areas and establishments
On June 10, 2021, Maj. Gen. Matthew W. McFarlane, U.S. Army Fort Carson Garrison commander, issued an updated off-limits areas and establishments memorandum. The memorandum applies to all uniformed Armed Forces personnel in the Fort Carson area of responsibility regardless of assignment.
