PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Col. Sam Johnson, 21st Space Wing vice commander, presents a lithograph to Elaine Mosburg, widow of missing in action Capt. Henry Lee Mosburg, Vietnam War veteran at the Base Chapel on Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, Sept. 19, 2018. Henry was the pilot of a Bell Huey utility helicopter when it was shot down near the mouth of the Son Co Chien River in the Delta region in Vinh Binh Province, South Vietnam, Sept. 26, 1966.
