PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Elaine Mosburg, widow of missing in action Army Capt. Henry Lee Mosburg, Vietnam War veteran, speaks to 21st Space Wing Airmen and civilians at an observance ceremony at the base Chapel on Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, Sept. 19, 2018.
