561st NOS assists with 1,000 food boxes for local food banks, homeless
Colorado Springs, Colo. – Volunteers from the 561st Network Operations Squadron at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., put together about 1,000 boxes of food for the 2018 Martin Luther King Jr. Care and Share Food Bank Event, Jan. 15, 2018 at a local food bank. Staff Sgt. Joel Robinson, 561st NOS non-commissioned officer in charge, said he considered the event successful due to the almost 1,000 boxes the volunteers were able to fill with food.
