Air Force Assistance Fund: Making sure Airmen can focus on the mission
PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Col. Doug Schiess, 21st Space Wing commander, shares his personal story about taking advantage of Air Force Assistance Fund resources as a young officer in a time of family emergency April 12, 2017, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. The AFAF campaign goal is to raise $69,350 from Team Pete to provide assistance to four funded charities serving active duty and retired Airmen and their families.
