PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Mogens Bay, Strategic Command Consultation Committee, addresses and congratulates the 21st Space Wing for winning the Omaha Trophy at a ceremony in the auditorium on Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., April 6, 2017.
