From idea to reality: Airman transforms lengthy training with innovative approach

PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Laura Rolfe, 21st Force Support Squadron civilian personnel flight employee relations specialist, condensed a 17-hour Department of Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program training into a flagship course offered at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., Feb. 7, 2017.
