PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Col. Douglas Schiess, 21st Space Wing commander, passes the guidon to Col. Timothy Ryan as he assumes command of the 21st Mission Support Group on July 21, 2016 at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. The 21st MSG provides civil engineering, communications, contracting, logistics, personnel, security, and services support to squadrons operating worldwide to execute their missile warning and space control missions.
