Cheyenne Mountain Hosts 5K Tunnel Run and Open House
Runners celebrate finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel during the Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station 5k Tunnel Run/Open House at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, Colo., on May 26, 2016. Since its inception during the Cold War through the war on terrorism, Cheyenne Mountain has remained critical to the defense mission providing command and control for the nation since 1966.
