Blue Nose at Thule
THULE AIR BASE, Greenland – Master Sgt. Christopher Boyd’s face is painted as part of a 12th Space Warning Squadron Blue Nose ceremony in July 2015. The 12th SWS ceremony is unique in that it is a small affair and instead of a Blue Nose, all unit members paint a blue mark signifying their individual goodbye message. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
